The Irish Lotto takes place every Wednesday and Saturday night, costs R44, offers excellent odds of winning any prize of just 1 in 29 and boasts minimum tier 1 payouts of €2m*(ZAR equivalent). In addition to this you can take the chance to win two more tier 1 prizes in the Plus 1 and Plus 2 events for just R20 more! You can bet this event with us and win all the same prizes.
How do I pick my numbers?
Simply choose 6 numbers from 1-47. You can also choose our QuickPick (Quick+1) option.
You can also bet on the Irish Lotto Plus 1 and Irish Lotto Plus 2 events by ticking the Irish Lotto + box located directly under the main bet slip. The same numbers you selected in the main event will be entered in the Plus 1 and Plus 2 events.
How does the draw work?
Six numbers and an additional bonus number are drawn from a drum containing numbered balls from 1-47 in the main event.
The Plus 1 and Plus 2 events take place immediately after the main event with six main numbers and a bonus number drawn in each.
How do I win?
Tier 1 prize payouts in the main event, Plus 1 and Plus 2 events are won when a player matches all six main numbers.
How much can I win?
The main event tier 1 payout is a minimum of €2 million*(ZAR equivalent). The top prize on Lotto Plus 1 stands at €360k*(ZAR equivalent), while there’s a €180k*(ZAR equivalent) tier 1 payout available on the Plus 2 event.

What are the chances of winning?
The chances of winning the main prize are very reasonable at just 1 in 10.7 million. As the Plus 1 and Plus 2 events follow the same format, the odds of winning the top prize on each are also the same.
That means, for just R64 (R44 for your main event bet and R20 for Irish Lotto +) you can take the chance to win three tier 1 payouts.

How much does it cost?
A single bet in the Irish Lotto main event costs just R44. You can bet on the Irish Lotto Plus 1 and Plus 2 events for an additional R20.
When does it take place?
The Irish Lotto event takes place every Wednesday and Saturday at around 8pm (GMT).
How does DoublePayout work?
The DoublePayout option allows you to play for twice the official Tier 1 Prize Money for double the price of the bet. Double your stake and stand a chance to win double the regular pay-out value.
What do I do if I win?
If your account has been verified simply proceed to your account and withdraw your winnings. If your account has not been verified you will first need to provide proof of your ID and proof of address. Once this has been confirmed you will be able to withdraw your winnings.
How will I know if I have won?
Winners will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Irish Lottery Facts & Information
The first draw of the Irish National Lottery was held on Saturday 16 April 1988, with the original format 6 numbers from 1 to 36 and players could share a guaranteed tier 1 payout of €250,000 by matching all 6 numbers, or smaller prizes by correctly picking 4 or 5 numbers.
On 4 November 2006 the Irish National Lottery revised to its current form of a 6 from 45 game, and has a minimum tier 1 payout of €2 million*(ZAR equivalent).
Unlike it’s counterpart from the UK, the Irish National Lottery has a fixed prize tier for prize category 2; 5 numbers & Bonus Ball is €25,000*(ZAR equivalent), while the minimum prize of getting 3 numbers is €5*(ZAR equivalent). In total there are seven prize tiers for the official event.
