DRAW TIMES
The South African National Lottery draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 20:56 SA time.
LOTTO PLUS 1 draws take place at 20.57 and LOTTO PLUS 2 draws take place at 20:58 SA time.
COST PER GAME
A standard game for the South African National Lottery starts at R5. For an additional R2.50 you can bet on LOTTO PLUS too; and for another R2.50 you also can bet on LOTTO PLUS 2.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR BETS
To bet on the SA Lotto, simply select six main numbers from a pool of numbers between 1 and 52.
The top prize is won by matching all six main numbers drawn. If one of your numbers matches the Bonus Ball that is drawn, and you also match two, three, four or five main numbers, you will win a bigger prize than if you had matched the main numbers alone.
To bet on LOTTO PLUS 1, simply tick the LOTTO PLUS 1 option.
To bet on LOTTOPLUS 2, simply tick the LOTTO PLUS 2 option.
In order to bet on LOTTO PLUS 2, LOTTO and LOTTO PLUS 1 has to be played.
