You can win up to R1 million playing this unique event that takes place every 4 minutes, from 6.34am until 11.54pm CET every day of the week. You can also win even if you don’t match any numbers! (You'll find more information on this plus all the prize tiers in the tables below.)
How does KeNow work?
KeNow works just like any other event — you pick the numbers you think will be drawn and win a prize if you guess them correctly. The amount of money that you win is determined by the amount of numbers that you correctly guess.
The only difference is that, instead of waiting days for the next draw, KeNow draws take place every four minutes.
In each draw, 20 numbers are drawn from a total of 70. In any single ticket, players can choose anywhere between a single number and 10 numbers. The more numbers the player chooses and matches the higher the possible winnings.
How does playing KeNow at Lottoland work?
Instead of entering the official KeNow Lotto draw, you place a fixed odds bet on the KeNow event. You pick the numbers you think will be drawn.
How do I choose a line and play?
Select from 1 to a maximum of 10 numbers you wish to play from a pool of 1-70 for each ticket. You can use the QuickPick feature to automatically choose 10 numbers you want to play.
You then need to choose how much you want to stake for each game. You can choose a single stake for R1, or multiply it. The more you stake the more you win for each prize tier.
You can multiply a stake up to 10 times the amount and each stake amount costs R1 extra. The maximum prize also increases with each stake increase.
For example, a stake value of x1 on a ticket with 10 numbers costs R1 and allows you to win a maximum of R100k. A stake value of x2 with 10 numbers costs R2, for which you can win a maximum of R200k, and so on up to a maximum of x10, which costs R10 and allows you to go for the maximum R1,000,000 top prize.

Possible winnings with x10 stake:
How do I choose less than 10 numbers?
Select each number in the slip individually or by using the QuickPick Selection function at the bottom of the ticket using the Quick Pick Selection feature. The following image shows an example of choosing 3 numbers using the Quick Pick Selection feature:
Whichever amount of numbers you choose, this will constitute a single line.
How does the prize change with the amount of numbers you choose?
The more numbers you choose, the higher the amount you can win. However, if you chose less than 10 numbers for a single line, you can win more for each tier of that amount of numbers.
The following example illustrates how this works using the example of choosing 10 numbers versus choosing 5 numbers.
If you choose 10 numbers in a single line, you can win a maximum of R1,000,000, but you will only win R20 if you correctly guess 5 numbers:
However, if you only choose 5 numbers in total in a single line, then you can win R1,000 if you correctly guess all 5, but this is the maximum that you can win for this ticket:
So there is a trade-off between how many numbers you choose and the maximum amount of money you win for each prize tier.
How much does it cost to play?
The cheapest possible ticket is R1 for a single stake and the most expensive is R10 for a multiple stake of x10. Each stake increase costs R1.
The amount of numbers you choose and the stake value determines the price for a ticket.
How do I win the maximum prize of R1 million?
You need to match 10 of the 20 winning numbers and select a stake value of x10.
How can I win a prize for not getting any numbers correct?
If you choose a maximum of 10, 9 or 8 numbers in any single ticket, you win a prize if you correctly guess 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 0 numbers. You do not win any prizes for guessing 1, 2, 3 or 4 numbers.
What are the odds of winning the R1 million top prize?
The odds of winning the top prize on this game are 1 in 2,147,181.
